Pam's eyes went a little wide. She hadn't considered that there were different ways to count two in this case. "Oh god," she whispered. "You think there could be four out there? That's, like... That's too many." With there only being sixteen of them, that already significantly increased their odds of being grabbed, didn't it? And that was just going off the phones, maybe not everyone was put back today! Her lip quivered a little at the thought that she was now even more likely to go through the whole monster thing, but she held her breath to keep from truly letting it get to her.
Edwin stumbled into the kitchen, his eyes staying fixed on the empty windows even as he made it to the fridge, getting himself the first drink within reach just so he could maybe catch his breath again before the running continued. "I didn't notice," he finally told Felix, "but I wasn't exactly looking for it. I... will... cover you. I guess. Yeah, no, sorry, I'll cover you if you want to check. But I don't think it's safe to stay here much longer." He took another deep breath before he looked to each of them. "I don't suppose either of you've heard from Oliver?" he asked softly. None of Oliver's stuff was missing from the room, but that currently wasn't the comfort it usually was.
