Lennon had made sure to wear his most comfortable shoes for walking and thick socks; he hadn't forgotten having to walk forever in his bare feet and then in shoes that didn't fit well. He'd put on a t-shirt and a pair of cargo pants he'd found on random clothing in the barn stall day, and he had a sweatshirt tied around his waist in case he got cool at any point. It was turning out to be a great day for an adventure, and he thought the company was just perfect. Maybe the rest of the day would go as well as it started, he thought hopefully.
"It could be anything," he agreed with Marco. Eying Felix, he wondered if it would be possible to get sunglasses from the drink and prize machine. He missed having them. After a few moments of distraction-- something that usually happened when he looked at Felix-- he said, "I wonder what would happen if someone tried to do an overnight in that tower thing? I mean, it's way up off the ground I guess, and technically you'd be indoors."
He also hoped that it would be easy to get the lanterns. Something ought to be easy some damn time.
