Oliver did know, and he tossed Edwin an affectionate grin and a wink at the mental image of his guy prancing around in his elf suit, taking down monsters with a gaggle of other nerds.
"Well, if you know about growin' things, we've actually got a garden here a few people have been workin' on. And I know how to build a bit, but our supplies on that front are more than a bit sparse." He made his way up the stairs, opening the door, and wasn't at all surprised to see Bilbo waiting in the doorway for them. "Yeah, I know you saw us comin'," he cooed to the cat as he stiffly dipped to pick the feline up, draping the mass of fur easily over his shoulder as he stepped inside. "You're gonna turn me into a walkin' fur coat again, I know it," he added, as if it was the cat's fault he'd picked him up in the first place.
"Morning, guys," Jack called through a wide yawn from his spot on the couch, clearly still in the process of waking up as he nursed a mug of coffee and flipped idly through one of the new nature books Oliver had brought back from the tower. He opened his mouth to say more before he caught sight of Harper, perking up. "Oh, hey! I'm Jack." After a split second his smile dropped, looking slightly horrified. "Please tell me you didn't wake up in a box."
