"Noooooooo...." Chase replied, drawing the sound out as he shook his head, his gaze moving from Tobias to Oliver again. The idea of even trying to be in charge on it's own was terrifying and way out of his realm of experience, plus he didn't think anyone would really listen to him. Owen and Oliver might listen to his ideas, but ordering them around? No. But really, it was the idea of Cecilia coming back to find him giving orders of any kind that really made him uncomfortable.
Oliver felt like he almost see exactly what was going on in Chase's brain just by looking at him and was doing his best not to laugh again, not wanting the kid to feel he was being laughed at. The mention of maps seemed to pull Chase out of funk for a second, perking a little with interest. Oliver found himself nodding as well, though his brain was really wandering towards less-helpful ways of maybe inquiring over the use of Tobias' printer, and potentially his art skills. After all of the talk he and Edwin had of decorating up the room he couldn't help it, but that wasn't a conversation for now.
"Could be real useful if we need to do somethin' like that yeah. Might actually touch base with you about somethin' else later, if you're up to it," he glanced around, remembering that one of them had mentioned having to climb up the hill to get there and turned to face it. It looked like a real pain in the ass, but they were going to have to do it. "Alright, onward, downward, whatever else that ain't here."
He wasn't really surprised to find Chase taking point with his phone out already, figuring out which direction to go and tromping down the side of the hill with purpose. The sooner the better for everyone, he supposed.
