The fact that Kiley felt comfortable with him in a way that she didn't with a lot of other people had Edwin beaming, and he shyly looked down at his hands as she painted to hide the little happy blush that came to his face once again. "I like that you like when we talk about normal stuff," he admitted, then, tilting his head, he got playfully hammy. "You're everything a sassy gay best friend could hope for." He played into it for a second before fully cracking up.
"My boyfriend is house dad, though. He's off house dad-ing right now. I was kind of disappointed, until I ran into you. And then the good news is that he's off talking to the other house dad, which, I don't know if you saw that Owen was back. So maybe now mine won't go running for every little thing.
