"I think I am," Edwin replied, grinning as he moved towards the door to hold it open for Kiley. Normally just having his nails painted on only one hand would bother him, but he'd already run out of his room completely unkempt, so what was a little nail asymmetry?
He held the door open, letting her go out first before following, pulling the door shut behind him. Out of habit, he looked towards the line of trees first, kind of expecting to see his boyfriend out there, but not really knowing what direction he had gone in. He wasn't really looking for Oliver, though, what with him doing something important. Hanging out with Kiley wasn't important like that, but it still was important socially. It'd been a while since they hung out one on one.
"Has today been really long to you?" he wondered. "I know it's been hours since I picked up my prizes, but I feel like it's been hours. You understand?"
