Owen didn't talk to Tobias much, but he was of the mind that he should have been told before a network post was made. But then, Owen hadn't been here, and it seemed like Oliver was the holding down the fort, so to speak. There was only so much of him to go around. "Someone ought to talk to Tobias," he said finally. "See if he can remember anything about Simms, if he's willing to talk about it. I can't imagine anyone was babysitting the body, so we can't really be sure They didn't do something while we were out of the kitchen."
He wasn't going to put a limit on what They could do. Based on his experiences in Zenith, Owen wasn't sure there were limits. "Believe it or not, I didn't want anyone dead," he said after a moment. "I know why Tobias did it, and I do think he did the right thing, but I don't think we ever wanted it to come to that."
