Oliver didn't really need any incentive to stay closer, but being connected practically every way they could manage at the moment helped. "I don't think we'll be out here that long," he hoped out loud once they'd separated from their kiss, then moved in to brush his lips against Edwin's brow. "I'm about as okay as I can be. I'll be better later." Another shot of optimism, he supposed. Hopefully at least later he'd have a direction to go in. He also wouldn't be dealing with it alone, but that was one hell of a mixed bag.
He let the ground crunch and squish under them as they moved, focusing on that for a moment as he tried to figure out where to start, but there really wasn't much to it now that he was sorting it out in his head. "I...don't have a complete picture on everything involving this. I don't know if it was talked about and I blanked on it while everything was goin' on, or if things just weren't said, so bear with me, okay? It's...it's not gonna be an easy thing."
