"Nah, that was Andy Warhol," Lennon said. "If DalĂ painted soup cans they would've been melting or had feet or something." He often didn't think about just how much he knew about art and various artists; it was only natural given his interest in creating art, he supposed. One of his best memories after being adopted by his family had been a long weekend going to every art museum within reasonable driving distance. He'd gotten to do things he never had before like staying in hotels and eating meals out at nice places.
He snickered as he coated his brush with a different color. "Yeah, not the same as the other kitchen at all. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad we have food at all, but..." He shrugged. Had that been done so they'd appreciate stuff more? It was entirely possible, he thought.
Lennon liked Marco's request. "Starfish, maybe with some smaller fish, ocean colors. That sounds like a winner to me." He didn't know why Marco had thought of it but it was cool.
