Scotty grunted again, but found himself smiling. "This is like your dream thing, huh?" he questioned. "That's why you've been staring at it? It's cool. I support it." He did hope she'd get to go, someday. "Maybe the other parts just aren't ready yet," he suggested. "They're still planting stuff, or getting rid of all the wildlife. I don't understand how they keep the forest alive without wildlife. Seems like a lot of fucking work."
He nodded a little bit as Ivy spoke, debating bringing up how his dad taught him to box, but he left it alone. Ivy wouldn't judge him, but he still didn't feel like bringing up his dad in this place if it could be avoided. It just put everyone on edge. "Maybe you should ask him," he suggested. "Seems like he likes projects."
