It had taken Scotty a bit to make it over to Ivy's room with breakfast. Other people using the kitchen made it a little more difficult to use the kitchen, and make the eggs that he'd offered to Ivy, as well as a serving himself. Scrambling everything up and just splitting it had made things easier, but it still took a bit of time until it was his turn, and in the end, he hoped it stayed warm long enough to make it out to the mill. He'd at least wrapped it in tinfoil before throwing it in a tupperware, hoping that that might at least keep it good.
He was at least happy to see that the chicken they had earned was in the fridge, especially when it seemed like no one else's food had arrived yet, including his three beers. He hoped that they'd appear by the end of the day, but who even knew with this place.
He hadn't been out to the mill much, but coming up on it, he knew he wouldn't have hated grabbing a room out here. It felt like a novelty, sleeping in a place with a giant water wheel sticking out of it. Did people really live like this, out in the real world? He didn't know, but it was a fun image. People would probably pay a lot to stay here if it was an AirBnB.
He found Ivy's room easily, knocking, and instantly presenting the little dish of eggs when the door opened. "Ta-daa! Eggs." He snickered. "Just how all massage sessions start, I'm sure."
