Felix gestured for her to sit if she wanted, starting to situate some of the furniture so it was at least out of the way. "Right, so," he paused long enough to pull his phone out, checking the network with his ExB access to see if anyone had mentioned seeing Lila, even in PMs.
"No one's putting an alert out that they saw you when we walked past the house, so we're probably good on that front." His slid his phone back into his pocket, then moved to sit so his back was leaning against the side of the little sofa, so they were close enough to continue to speak quietly in case Ivy eventually decided to go poking around the main room. "Okay, bare with me for a second. If you want to play this shit like you just woke up in the woods, obviously no one would expect you to have any idea of what happened with the big guy. Could be that taking care of him earned you your voucher and got you out of some weird, medical hell hole, if you even want people to know you have that."
He lightly snapped his finger, wagging it a bit in the air. "Little baby Simms has it in his right mind that his dear old upstanding daddy-o would never harm the innocent. Maybe the big guy told you a bit of what happened in the prison, but he didn't remember all of it because he was pretty sure he was under the influence of something, and he's just....so torn up about it. It's a good reason why you might only know the bare bones."
