"You can show him whatever you want," Kiley told Felix. "Art isn't meant to be kept private, right?" She moved her spear back from Felix and set it down to roll her jeans up a bit. They were going to get wet, and that was fine but she would go in barefoot. Kiley hated wet socks and shoes. "We'll keep the ear slicing for another day, I guess. When Edwin has time to supervise and make sure we're doing it Van Gogh style."
While the others were chatting, Tobias was grateful that Chase seemed to understand where he was coming from, despite the fact that Tobias still felt silly about it. "I'll try to get as much fish as I can," he promised, trying not to sound doubtful of his abilities. "I just... you know... I'll give them to you when I do. We'll get some good prizes."
