"It was bad a few days ago, but it's alright now. I'll sit down if it gets cranky again," Oliver promised, then waited patiently as Marco figured out what he wanted to say.
When Marco looked at him, he offered a small, sympathetic smile, nodding. "That's a predicament. I think Kiley knows you didn't do anything to make her feel bad on purpose, but I can understand how that would've hurt her feelings. And I know you didn't want to put her out." He thought for a second, then continued. "Maybe give her a day or two, then see if she might wanna work together. It's been a rough few days for a lot'a people, especially her. And it's a good project. Havin' more people on board who are willin' to do it than less is gonna help. Maybe there's somethin' specific that Kiley'll be able to do that you or Lucy might not be as good at. I already get the feelin' that she's got a different perspective than either you or Lu does, and a different way of thinkin' about things. That could be invaluable."
