"Well, maybe they just accidentally turned it off?" Pam suggested to Lucy, not wanting her input to go ignored, even as the meeting started to end. "I don't know, it does seem strange that a monster would be able to use a phone. I think maybe just be more careful with that now, since we know what we're dealing with. Though, I'm sure plenty of us are curious to see these things without trapping one. So, yeah! Be careful!" She said cheerfully. Then she turned to Jack, putting a hand on his arm as she headed towards the kitchen. "Jack, sweetie, do you mind if I go ahead and use one of your pre-made meals tonight? I think I'd like to make a few side dishes, and try to get everyone all fed together, since we're all here."
Edwin snickered a little at the joke Oliver snowed him, though he still wasn't feeling in the right mindset to comment back. He leaned into Oliver's side a little more, resting his head on his shoulder as he breathed a sigh. "That went pretty okay." He didn't catch Dylan's eye, but Scotty did.
"Hey," Scotty said as he moved to stand by Dylan, "I just really want to sleep in a bed tonight, so if you wanna go back to our room instead of crashing on a couch in here, you won't be alone. If you wanna stay here that's cool too, I'm just givin' you options." If it turned out that he'd be the only one in the barn, he might change his mind and try to grab up one of the empty beds, but he didn't care where he slept at this point, as long as it wasn't next to Tobias or Lennon. Or that it wasn't inside a box.
Marco leaned to peek at Lucy from between the railing rungs on the stairs. "Lucy," he said quietly. "I know you're doing monster stuff, but um, you wanna help me look at everyone's numbers? I don't think Kiley's as on board as she was yesterday."
