"She's in the yard," Oliver spoke up as he saw Chase and his crew moving to stand up, pointing in the general direction of where he'd last seen Kiley's marker.
Chase nodded, a little embarrassed at the attention in front of the whole group, but it felt like he was at least getting permission to go. He glanced to Lucy, knowing he should probably say something about her comment, but he really didn't want to get into another discussion about the monster now that momentarily confident roll was over and done with. He offered a small nod at her, to let her know that he'd heard and understood, and that maybe they could talk about it later, but wasn't sure how much of that actually relayed.
"I think if they were evil, Felix would have said," he muttered quietly back to Tobias, though he could feel a small smile quirk the corner of his mouth as he glanced to Lennon. It felt good to be most of their little unit again. "Check for fish-hickies later?"
