"Isn't outside where traps usually go?" Marco asked, frowning. He knew Chase was making good points, and if anyone was going to forget where traps were, it was him, and he sure as hell didn't need any more caltrop scars. Still, not figuring out something felt careless. And he didn't know what building an overhang would do to help, but he wasn't going to say as much. Oliver seemed like he wanted a project, and maybe that dragon carving wasn't working out. He'd have to ask about it, later.
"And I don't want something covering my window, I just want it to close-- Are you leaving?" He cut himself off as Kiley moved toward the door. "We're having a meeting and we didn't even get to us trying to work on the thing. We only got five or six numbers from people-- Did you forget?" He knew that the meeting had a lot of important things to cover, but he still hoped that maybe he and Kiley could still try to get some answers for their project, especially since Chase was back and fine.
