Jack was further away than everyone at this point, and wasn't sure he could physically move himself closer to the body if he wanted to. "Is he okay?" He called across the distance, starting to make an arc around the invisible radius of the body to try and get closer to his people at least. He couldn't look at the thing on the ground, even in his peripheral vision. The smell was enough.
"I'm okay," Felix half-gasped as he reached for Edwin as the man came to help, then realized he was reaching with an arm covered in red. He quickly lowered it again, offering the clean one, realizing belated that his sunglasses had fallen off of his face and into the grass. Not in the blood, thank fuck.
"We have to go," he tried, his throat not really cooperating to let his voice carry, but at least Lennon and Edwin were probably close enough to hear him fine. "It's not just those," he flailed his arm out in the direction of the footprints heading west, his head gesturing to where he'd been zapped. "There's a trail heading through the barrier. Whatever the fuck did this is the same fucking thing we saw on the GPS. It came back."
