Ivy immediately felt terrible about leaving Vanessa and Jerome out there, if they were in fact, out there. That sound, whatever was out there, could have just been TPTB trying to scare them off from finding the other two housemates. But Ivy knew it was stupid to assume and push things and put herself, and Chase and Scotty, in danger. If they had to go back, they had to go back. It wasn't like Ivy was prepared to fight off any kind of dangerous animal. Or human.
Since Chase had the fire, and the molotov-baggy, Ivy moved to walk behind Scotty, trying not to show how unnerved she was by this entire thing. "If they're not meant to be out there, it's possible the people in charge will move them back to the house by morning, right?" Ivy said quietly, not wanting to draw much attention to their presence at this point. "Do you think they'll be okay?" Ivy knew they had no way of knowing that, but she was trying to reassure herself that this was the right decision.
