Lennon had forgotten what the thrill of possibility was like. Just that beginning feeling that someone might find you attractive and vice versa, that something might happen. Most likely he was in the reckless, who gives a fuck kind of mood where he'd go with whatever vibe happened to arise. Heh. It was weird yet cool that he could click with someone he hadn't ever talked that much to before but had kind of admired from a distance. You had to like a guy who had a bunny for a pet, too.
He took out the black marker again and began sketching the shape of a tree trunk, a branch and a vine; touches of green would hopefully make it look how he'd pictured it in his head. "I did get paid," he agreed. "Not much, but I was in college and didn't have much ambition to do anything else, so." He stretched upward to fit in the very top branch of the tree and then began drawing the leaves on the vine that grew up the trunk. He saw movement and glanced over again in time to see Felix's hand lifting into the air and grinned.
