Kiley followed with the flashlight, but kept a distance from the slabs themselves. It was ridiculous, and she knew it, but she kept half-expecting the floor to open up and dump them into a dirty grave. She yelled out a couple of times for their missing housemates, but there was no response. No one was in here. Thank god. She was ready to get the fuck out.
"I don't think they're here, so no," Kiley said with a soft shrug. "Let's just keep moving. If they could hear us, we would have heard them too, unless they've got them tied up with their mouths gagged or something, which is too twisted to really think about."
