For the benefit of anyone who might have caught her conversation with Felix on the networks, Audrey made a show of checking the upper floors for doors marked with familiar names before she headed down to the kitchen. She heard conversation as she approached, a feminine voice, and caught the tail end of her questions as she made her way inside.
"We just woke up today to the change," she said as she made her way to put the kettle on for tea. "Or at least, I did, and I assume Felix and Levi did as well. Yesterday was our first day back in the house after our little group trip to New York for New Year's, and this morning everyone I've gotten to know over the last two months or so is gone save two." To Felix, as if he didn't already know: "No one from the old group upstairs except you, me, and Levi. I checked on my way down."
She nodded a belated greeting to the other woman as Audrey grabbed a tea bag, dropping it in an empty mug in preparation for when the water was done. "I'm Audrey, by the way. How many days did you say you'd all been here?"
