"Hold the sugar," Felix snorted indelicately at Levi's response, and watched Audrey's progress with a lazy eye. When she spoke, he grunted in agreement, lagging for a second before pulling himself up into a sitting position. He regretted it immediately, bunching forward with his head in his hand as he shifted to plant his feet on the floor.
"Huh?" He managed before realizing he'd actually been asked a question, nodding as much as his position would allow. "Mhmm. Probably means there's some weirder-than-usual shit happening in the rest of the house." He wanted to at least try to sound enthused but couldn't quite manage it yet.
He followed Audrey's lead and stretched before attempting to stand, regretting it immediately but knowing it was better to get the adjustment done and over with. "Doesn't normally feel this off waking up though. Sooooo...safe to say that doesn't mean anything good." Still blinking bleerily, he gestured with his hand that Levi should lead the way towards the kitchen.
