"Yeah. I guess." He has mixed feelings about it and isn't sure what to do about it. He's silent for several, long minutes that feel like they stretch on forever as he tries to figure out what to even say, where to start. He may not know the exact details, but the reaction Lydia was having? There was no doubt to him what happened to bring Allison back, even if Lydia hadn't yet let herself fully realize it.
He licks his lips, one in a handful of nervous tics, before he looks pointedly at Stiles again. "Why?" How one word could hold so much weight, he's not entirely sure, but just in case, he continues to clarify. "You traded. Or-- you're going to-- obviously you did it because she's here, so...why?"
Scott's surprised at how calm he's being right now, but he has to be. He can't let Stiles past the barriers he made Scott create. Barriers Scott never in his life even had before now. Especially not with Stiles. But now it was especially around him that Scott shut things down. It was never supposed to be like this.
