He smiled over at her. "You two are pretty amazing. Its really cool getting to know girls for more than just a day or so." He was worried that one day what he viewed as a curse would hit the girls for being close to him. Woman didn't really last long in his family but that was mostly because the line had never had a daughter, it was always mortal woman birthing unhuman boys. Something always killed them and broke the boys. Alex was lucky in reguards that he didnt even remember his mom. Soda never spoke of his mom so he wondered if his cousin had ever met his mother. "Oh yeah, really. Its easy to forget your dead. Hell your fully alive to me." He shifted, and laid his head in her lap looking up at her with a cheeky grin.
"Yeah, he made that clear a lot. Don't get me wrong I love him and fuck do I miss him." He held up his lighter, it was silver with an ace craved in, and 'J.A.' carved under it. "He made me who I am, someone who can survive anything... I think he needed me as much as I needed him." He shifted his eyes up to her. "He was so cold when he first saved me, now he laughs more and we have a lot of fun."
