Tristan was very tempted to ask her if she thought Harvey would handle a few other things well too. Like them getting married and him adopting Harvey. But one thing at a time, he reminded himself. There was plenty of time for them to be a happy little family, then after all settled he could go about the formalities. Then they would be his family and Everett couldn't say a single thing about it. They'd be evenly matched for providing financially and Rhiannon had taken care of Harvey all his life, so there wouldn't be any contest. At all.
"We should let him have some creativity in the new place. Maybe he could decorate his room how he wants." Providing it wasn't anything over the top that would scare him every night.
