Allan
Chloe avoided coming into the City when possible but today she'd had little choice. There were several errands that needed to be run and one of them was checking in with the artist her father had commissioned to do their statue. And Chloe was a firm believer in doing business face to face when possible.
She'd stopped in at the gallery and they'd informed her he was at home - which she was surprised to hear was the Manor. For some that might have been a problem but Chloe's father had a flat at the Manor and so she was on the list of approved visitors.
And so that brought her to the garden where she watched with slight amusement as the rather rugged artist soaked up the sun. Eventually she moved forward, glad she'd opted for shorts and sandals and a simple, fitted white t-shirt because out in the sun like this it was quite warm. Stepping into the sunlight she cast a shadow over Allan and cleared her throat.
