"Oh, right. In that case I'll be sure to be a complete pain in your sweet little ass for the next week," Thomas joked in his dry way, with one eyebrows raised.
"Good evening, Mr. Avery, Ms. Gonzales," the receptionist said graciously when he approached them, and proved that they were expected. "I hope your flight was pleasant."
"As pleasant as a flight gets, thank you," Thomas answered. The plane had been quite small, but they had been in first class anyway.
"Please follow me inside to the reception, and we'll sort out the paperwork quickly. I'm sure you would also like some dinner?" the man continued and lead them through the large open doors to the reception, where partly filled forms were already waiting for them along with keys, menus and a couple of information leaflets.
