It's your choice what you do, but, George here thinks you should be designing more and going for an exclusive line." Spencer shrugged, "Personally I'm happy with the work you're doing, you're learning at your own pace, not anyone else's, and you put in the hours, and have shown exemplary loyalty to the company."
He grinned at George, "So don't let this old windbag get to you."
George spluttered something indignantly, possibly about "young men and ignorants," but then turned to Jazz, "Ignore the puppy, he's holding you back, show me something else you've doodled, and I'll show him what you're really worth to me. He can argue about that later with me, but I still think you should be doing more now. It takes time to build a reputation for excellence, so you need to start sooner rather than later."
