Tristan grabbed a slice from every box, sandwiched the plain cheese with the chicken and the peperoni with the supreme. "At least I got a blue car." He said, wiggling his brow at her.
Anthony laughed as well and selected a few slices of pizza from a combination of boxes as well. "He always was an indecisive boy. Never knew just what he wanted. But that's water under the bridge now, right son?"
Tristan nodded as he picked up his pizza with his hands. "Uh huh. I know what I want now, just have to get everything in order."
Anabella quietly cut her pizza in small squares and opted to not say anything. It was killing her inside to not bring up what had caused the turnabout in her son, but he had told her if she acted out of line he wouldn't come back. "Good." She said after a long moment. "I'm glad you've finally figured it out."
