She held the soda can obediently and swiped a hand over her forehead. She was still covered in sweat, although she didn't know why. She felt like her body had been fighting with something, but as always she didn't know what or why.
"Thanks, Charlie," she said softly. She had a feeling that Charlie had helped diffuse the situation a little, but again, she didn't know why.
