Andras put down his camera. "Sorry," he said, looking at Fin and Cindy again as if he'd just noticed they were still here. "Oh, yes, soup!"
"Thanks, Katie, you're a life-saver," Cindy said, and ate a few spoonfuls, and some bread, and drank some of her Irish coffee, and leaned back, relaxing.
"Can I look at your pictures?" she asked Andras, and he nodded, spooning soup in his mouth.
She took the camera and flipped through the pictures, shaking her head, nibbling on a bread roll as she did so.
