Gilly led the way toward the dining room and then turned to head in the kitchen to get some spoons. She grabbed a glass and made herself some chocolate milk. "Want some?" She asked before she replied to the other stuff.
"I wasn't really thinking about it," Gilly admitted. "I called 9-1-1," Because that was reactionary, "And I was telling them what happened and the van wasn't that far in front of me, it just...started burning." She frowned. "I heard the kids screaming," She grimaced and shook her head. "It was kind of I dunno...reactionary?" She shrugged up her shoulders. "I didn't know I had gotten burnt until one of the paramedics started talking to me after I carried those kids to the back of an ambulance they were loading the mom into."
