Ben stumbled in, a large sack of laundry heaved over his shoulder like Santa on Christmas if everyone wished for 5 foot cubes of lead. Jesus, how did he manage to accumulate so much laundry in just a week?
He slammed the sack back down, which made a startlingly loud noise as it hit the top of a washing machine. When he pulled it open, he realized why there was so much. Apparently he'd forgotten to do his laundry back home and just stuffed it in the car. What he was looking at was actually 3 or more weeks of laundry packed so tightly into the sack that it could be swung from a crane to demolish a building.
"Aw, monkey nuts," Ben groaned, pulling things out of the sack. It was then that he realized he wasn't alone. There was a man and a tiny little girl. He blushed.
