Gilly grinned when she wasn't dropped and then secured her arms further around his shoulders so she could pull herself up enough to lean forward and give him a big sloppy kiss on the cheek hello. Hey, she was in a good mood. Actually, she'd been in a good mood for a long stretch of days now. It was odd, also awesome.
"Pft," She scoffed as she adjusted her legs around him once he steadied her. "Who needs an emo brother when you've got an awesomeformerneighbormonkey on your back?" She asked once she finished adjusting her arms around his shoulders again. She dropped her chin on his shoulder and turned her head to the side so she could look at him through the sunglasses already in place on her face.
"Where ya headed? Say it's the carnival and I'll be your bestest neighbor friend ever, dude." She grinned. "By the way, didja miss me terribly? A girl needs confirmation of these things you know..." She smirked.
