Last week had been the biggest life changing experience for Adenah ever, and only two other people besides herself knew about it, so far. She was Sailor Mars, Natsumi was Sailor Venus. But they were still missing Jupiter and Mercury on the inner scouts, and their Princess, Sailor Moon. Not to mention, the Outer Scouts, though Adenah was less worried about that. Every night this week she had been dreaming of her past lives, it was almost to the point where she felt like she was three different people in one body. In a sense, she was. She had power, and suddenly, all the strange 'feelings' she had always picked up on made sense, and she knew why she got them. This week, she fully planned on trying to master fire reading, though that would take time, and more control of her power.
Adenah pushed open the door of her mothers dance studio, chatting away happily on her side kick to her brother back in England, acting like the same old Adenah that he knew and loved to bother. When she stepped outside into the sun, her eyes locked onto a tree in the parking lot. "Hey, squirt, I need to go. I'll call you tomorrow, yea? Say hi to Dad for me." and with that she hung up, eyes still on the tree. Sitting there were two black crows. The same black crows that had been there since she first arrived, the ones that had followed her to and from school, and the ones that had perched on her balcony in the morning, and refused to move even when she tired to shoo them away. They had done that every morning for the past three days. And as of last night, she finally knew why. They were her protectors, she had them in her past life too. But the idea of two crows following her around was weird, and she didn't know if they had been this intense in her last life.
Sighing, Adenah went to her red convertible and threw her dance bag into the back seat. A few seconds later and she was pulling out of the drive way and making her way to her favorite spot, Cafe Lunaire. Her mothers dance studio wasn't far from the Cafe, so after she made her way through the parking lot security, it was only a matter of minutes before she was pulling into a parking spot, and headed toward the doors. Heals clicking on the pavement, she slid off her sun glasses once she was under the shade of the building, and then pushed the door open, a little bell ringing to announce her entrance.
Dee went right to the counter, and placed her older (Chai Tea) and a Fruit Explosion muffin. She leaned against the counter, examining her nails as she waited, the buzz of the building drowned out by her thoughts. Returning back to the fact that she was a warrior, she had powers. She fought evil. She stood for love, and passion. It seemed kind of corny, in a way, but she took it so seriously already. She had talked a little with Natsumi, and Dee felt close to the girl already, simply because of what they had been though, though she still had a way to grow as a team.
Once her order was up, she paid, tipped, and then turned to look around. And her eyes fell on Audrey. Audrey.
Audrey had been having 'weird vibes' to. Just knowing something was wrong. They had spoken about this, before Adenah knew what was going on with her. Could Audrey be a scout too? Maybe she was Jupiter or Mercury! Maybe? She had to find out, but she couldn't come right out and ask. Placing a smile on her face, Adenah picked up her plate and cup, and moved toward Audrey's table, setting her them down in front of an empty chair. She put her purse on the floor where her feet would be, and then took a seat. "Well look at you, being all productive." homework, right, she needed to do that. Grinning, Audrey made herself comfortable. "How've you been?
