I have never been good at introductions. It’s been a constant in my life that things tended to be a lot less weird when a parent or a professor was the one doing the introductions, or maybe asking for everyone to talk; I knew I wouldn’t be the first so at least I had some idea of what people wanted to hear. Or expected to hear, at least; I’ve never been too convinced people themselves know what they want, and I guess I’m not talking about introductions only.

But anyway, I suppose is too late to keep holding to the way I used to think, as that only got me in a huge mess that sent me here. You know, it was on the news a couple of months ago.
