I hope no one's forgotten the lovely ceremony Dion and I have planned in a few days. I hope to see at least a few faces, and hopefully more, since there will be lots and lots of drinks, and really, who doesn't have a good time around Dionysus? ♥

Oh! And I was hoping to get some opinions on what to wear. I'm not quite sure what the occasion calls for, though I'm leaning towards something festive.

Anyway, I'm quite excited for the whole thing. I think it's all I've talked about for days. But really, what's not to be excited about? I get to not-marry my best friend! :D In a lovely ceremonial setting! With booze!

As classes are starting up again on Monday I thought it would be a good time to start up Parkour again. If anyone is interested I'll be at the track out back of the Sports Complex around 1pm, testing my skills and having a ball. The club is open to everyone, so I hope to see some new risk takers out there later.

You know most of them are just out to get in your pants and then leave when the next piece of ass walks by wagging their tail at them.

So, thanks to those stupid protesters, there is a bunch of places all around town that are going to need fixing up, and from some of the chats I've had with some of the owners, the insurance will take ages to kick in and actually pay for it.

So to give them a helping hand, I'm arranging a car wash for this weekend. As is traditional with said car washes, anyone who volunteers to help wash will be expected to strut their stuff in their best bikini (or be other shirtless, for all of the men), and anyone who pays to get their car washed gets to watch said strutting.

And just for a little extra incentive - I'll match every dollar spent at the car wash with a donation of my own.

So come along! It'll be starting at 10am in the car park near the Sports Complex.

If you'd like to volunteer, please let me know! Even if it's only for an hour or so.

Budapest was beautiful. The food was amazing, all the places we went to were fabulous, the people something else entirely, and I don't know if I'll ever forget the lovely boy who let me play with his cimbalom. What was his name again... ah yes, Barnabás. I wonder if I can find a place around here that sells cimbaloms, not like I have room for one, but still.

As an RA, I feel almost like it's my job to look out for certain students, usually by offering advice and doing little things like that.

As a waitress, I've been trained to anticipate customer needs (as they relate to their eating experience) and try to make sure they're not getting shitty service.

As someone under the influence of whatever this latest bout of fuckery is, I'm starting to think those two mindsets might end up getting me into trouble. That being said, remind me never to give someone my tips on avoiding a hangover while I'm at work. Seems no matter how nice you are when you try to point out how drinking water between those light beers and popping a B-complex vitamin can help keep you from feeling like death warmed over after a night of drinking, if they're a dumb bitch who whines about not liking water and points out you're just some stupid whore waitress who looks like you came from 'across the border'... well then all bets are off.

All I know is that if you throw a milkshake in my face, I shouldn't be held accountable for going all Stockton. Seriously, girl is lucky I didn't take her to the ghetto university, but I know better than to get my ass fired over morons.
