My parents sent me a care package today. Normally, things from home make me pretty happy, but today...it was kind of...er. Bittersweet? I'm not sure what word to use, really. But it was kind of happy, and...kind of upsetting at the same time.
It's hard to say exactly what they told me. But in very few words, I think they're going to...cut me off? Not entirely. According to them, it's my choice to stay here in Colorado, and if I do, I'll have to start...taking care of myself. Maybe get a job?
I mean, I really don't want to go home. Not that home isn't nice. But...there aren't so many reincarnates in any certain place, and I kind of feel...safe here.
On the other hand, I don't even have a driver's license. I don't know my way around here, even if I did, and I've never applied for a job before.
It's all really scary, but I have the summer to decide. So, I guess it's not so bad.
I know you're all just going to tell me to grow up.

Yesterday was the best day ever. For a lot of awesome reasons, but the most awesome being the greatest man in the universe is finally here. Excuse his fucking perfection, btw. He can't control it. So, all my girlfriends, prepare to meet Seungwon - you'll probably be a little devastated by how handsome he is, but that's ok. Even I still get devastated sometimes, he's used to it.
Finals week is just around the corner and I'm not even worried. Instead of worrying, I've been watching a bunch of classmates suffer. There have been so many tears in the Fashion Dept. So many tears. A lot of people are so nervous they can't even eat - so, hey, free food for me! Since I'm pretty much going to ace everything, I've been helping a friend with her summer collection and by "help", I mean "sat around blinging out guns" in a room that penguins would be comfortable in.
( The gun is fake, obviously. Please, excuse my beauty. )
Speaking of, I'm not sure when her show actually is, but she needs some models. Anyone and please look at yourselves in a mirror before volunteering interested let me know, she will need to get your measurements and see your walk before committing to anything. Leilani, you absolutely have no choice in the matter - she's already been informed you're doing this.

Hi. So, I don't know if very many of you have the same/similar powers as I do - can any of you see/speak to dead people? I can do both, but I find myself with a tiny problem. How do you make them shut up? I normally don't care and they usually don't harp on me as badly - but it's finals week and I kind of need to focus right now.

Is anyone doing anything for Cinco de Mayo? I have some recipes I'd like to try and was considering seeing if anyone wanted to have a little dinner party in the lounge. I suppose I could just make some food and leave it out for people, but I'd like to make some more friends get to know more people here, as it occurs to me that I've been keeping to myself of late.
I promise I'll clearly label what's spicy and what isn't, in case people are worried.

Tested a barrel earlier this week - apologies to anyone who was nearby. They're expectedly loud. Weather permitting, we should be able to launch five next Sunday. We're still two short on launching, if any student is interested. If you are, please visit me during my office hours. I'll be there as late as eight to help students prepare for finals. Maybe we'll do something like this next year. Or even the end of summer semester.
Also due to the complexity and time consumption of the subject, I will not be teaching anything higher than the Basics of Engineering (EGR 101) this summer. Classes listed in the Summer 2012 Course Catalog.

I'm done. I hate studying. Fuck. I don't even fucking know where my English book is. CAN SOMEBODY TAKE MY FINALS FOR ME? I can't even--I don't even--ugh! Why do I procrastinate so much? I'm going to die. There's too much to do, too much to memorize and I don't even know where to start. I feel like I study one thing, learn it and forget it all of ten seconds later.
EMMA! If the room starts to smell, its obviously because I've wasted away under all this shit. You can have all my stuff. Mostly my shoes. I want my shoes to go to someone awesome. You're awesome.
