Hi. I'm Tanner.
I haven't been here for very long, and I don't really know anyone, but it's kind of terrifying exciting to finally get to post something here.
I really like meeting new people, though, so I'm really excited about this, too!~
I've only been in Montenegro for a few days, actually, so if anyone actually knows their way around and could show me, I'd be very thankful...

★ It's that time again!
I am glad to see the fog has cleared at last! It has been a busy time at the Wellness Center, listen for some announcements on the student radio station to keep up to date on some fundraisers coming up that will be used for new things here!
Now that the fog is gone, clinics and workshops have resumed! This week and next week will be seminar on organic food and nutrition! If there are any suggestions on anything you would like to see offered, feel free to drop a comment here or in person at the Wellness Center.

Had she lived just five more days, today would have been Etta James' 74th birthday. My professor for Comparative Studies in Musicology brought this up in class when he was explaining an assignment regarding writing a paper comparing and contrasting blues to rap and hip hop. It's assignments like this which make me love my classes.
I found out that if I were to become a blues chanteuse I'd need a lot of moxie to handle my blues name. 'Fat Hips Dupree' is so not what I envisioned for myself, my hips aren't that fat, damnit but I can't argue with a tried and true formula. I'd love to see what other people get.

Happiness is forcing someone else to do your budgeting for you and then paying them in beer. I hate budgeting. It's boring and mathy and you have to use an adding machine. I could use a calculator but if I have to do the budgets myself, I like that huge adding machine because then it feels like I am actually accomplishing something. Because it goes tooka-tooka-tooka-CLING!
I should pay everyone in beer! Though I suppose that might mean very little actually got done. And I also suppose it's a bit dangerous to drink and fry. No one is allowed to deep fry themselves on my watch.
I've been thinking of starting a funny Montenegro Idol contest here on Saturday nights. Each week we could have performances and one person could be eliminated until we had a winner.
They could win beer!

I have been shoveling so many paths and drives that I think I was hypnotized by snow! I'm just glad the fog is gone.
Concerning some fund-raising that I am hoping to undertake with the help of Gabriel, I have contacted the student radio and I think it's going to go ahead soon. We want to buy a dream imaging machine to help with the sleep clinics I run.
My sisters have been talking about coming to visit. Staying in a hotel of course, as there isn't much room in our little place. It will be nice to see them. I've missed them a lot.

The semester is going well. So far all the students seem clued in to what we are trying to accomplish and that's always handy.
My poor dogs suffered during the fog when I wasn't too keen to walk them. I've been making up for it now by walking them longer even though it's freezing outside. I feel at home in the cold.

I finally received my text-to-speech (and visa versa) program. Now I can communicate with the rest of the school although considering some of the things I have been reading, I'm not sure I want to. I suppose it would be good form to introduce myself. My name is Simon Bellamy. I'm eighteen years old and I am studying library sciences. I suppose that makes me sound boring but I'm not particularly bothered.
My other half, or should I say my former self, is called Azrael. And now I return to looking for a book.
