I'd like to turn to a type of song that people like myself find ourselves subjected to with increasing frequency as time goes on, and that is the college alma mater. You'll find yourself at a reunion of grads, and old undergrads, and eh... somebody will start croaking out one of these things and everyone will gradually join in -- each in his own key, of course -- until the place is just soggy with nostalgia. Well, a typical such song might be called Bright College Days, and might go like this. Bright college days, O carefree days that fly, To thee we sing with our glasses raised on high. Let's drink a toast as each of us recalls Ivy-covered professors in ivy-covered halls. Turn on the spigot, pour the beer and swig it, and gaudeamus igit-ur. Hello lovely people out there,
I'm Miri and I finally picked up the courage to add this girl here to the party.
Her ancestress, if you will, is Amphitrite- goddess of the sea, wife of Poseidon and mother of Triton, Benthesikyme and Rhode. It's said that Amphitrite actually wanted to stay husbandless, but Poseidon had an eye on her and in the end they married. <-- That's probably the shortest story of her life...

In real life she's Carina Castro, the half-Mexican/half-French daughter of a diplomat, grown up in countless countries with countless different languages. She discovered relatively early that she and water were friends, but it took her some time to get she was a reincarnation of the personified sea. Of course, there were previous reincarnations- all very closely linked with water and everything that creeps in it.

At the moment, Cai is a biology undergrad, who hates being out of the center of attention. She also is extremely ambitious and extremely mood-swing-y (Yes, that totally is a word now!).
And because I'm too lazy to write more, here's the rest of her bio/personality/everything else.

As to me...: I'm a 16-year-old student, who's dealing with the joys of puberty and related stuff. I'm actually relatively new to rp-ing, so please forgive my mistakes. Or better: tell me what I did wrong and I will do my best to improve it.
I'm currently living in a small town in the middle of Germany and am subjected to my parents' will. Being underage sucks.

Hey Everyone,

My name is Sara and I am new here! I'm a recent college grad, currently cake decorating and spending lots and lots of time reading and writing. I run my own RPG here on IJ and have been looking into getting back into "supernatural" or super-human type settings. Montenegro spoke to me and the mods have been kind enough to give me a go!

I'm so excited to bring you the reincarnation of Pegasus. This would be his first reincarnation, and I believe he is destined to meet his Perseus or his Bellerophon. Hopefully their meeting in this second life will work out better for all of them ;). He is the son of Poseidon and Medusa, but he wasn't born until she was slain by Perseus. Oh, and he also has a brother that was born at the same time (twinsies?) except his brother didn't take on an equine form. If you want to know more about him his name is Chrysaor. While I'd love to eventually see all of these lovelies in play, I do believe that he is distantly related to many of the folks already in play. For one, Hades is his uncle. :P

Meanwhile, in a small town in the mountains of Colorado, Phillip, or Philly, as most everyone calls him has just started his studies at Montenegro. He's brand new, and needs a roommate to help him adjust to entering school late, being a reincarnate, and generally dealing with others who aren't his parents, his birds or his horses. He's a freshman in veterinary sciences with an emphasis in equine science. He's not super geeky or particularly good in science, but he knows animals. I hope to have him join the cross-country running club and definitely the parkour club! Parkour! Parkour! :3

Hello everyone! For those of you who don't know me from before: I'm Derp, and I brought back Zeke! He's 23 24 (dear lord i missed his birthday), in his second year of medical school, rooming with [info]behemoths in an apartment off campus that is regularly invaded by [info]purrkitty, and works at the local bookstore. He's the reincarnation of Leviathan but does not know this himself. Overall, he's a chill dude who likes to party and spends his free time bothering people. While he's generally friendly, he does have a tendency of getting people riled up just for his amusement. I won't go on, but the rest of his bio is here!

I've missed you all so dearly. I know there's a bunch of new writers and characters, so I'd love to plot with you all! Throw your characters at me and we can brainstorm something, anything. For those that used to have a line with him, do you want to continue where we left off, disregard it, come up with something new? The skies the limit, here~
