Cai noticed Blythe's worried glance and smiled encouragingly. That was her way to say she's fine, though she was shivering. Cai was a little startled when Blythe stopped and wrapped her own scarf around Cai's neck even though Blythe's apartment was not that far away anymore. She was tempted to give Blythe her scarf back, but hesitated because that would be rude. 'I was talking about a scarf in your apartment, but thank you. Now you're the one freezing, though.' She apologetically looked at Blythe.
'Gloves would be great, too! Apparently, I'm not prepared for winter or colder weather.' She didn't like the though of borrowing things from Blythe, but was grateful she offered her her clothes at the same time.
