That's pretty close. They're a species of quantum-locked creatures, meaning any time they're observed they cannot move. Often they look like statues of Weeping Angels because they cover their eyes so as not to see one another for this reason. They send their victims back in time and feed on the potential time energy of the life they would have lived in the present.

Wait, Rose is here? No, I haven't seen her at all! I haven't seen any postings or seen her in the hallways. Might need to talk to FRIDAY about this...
