Who: Leia, Obi-Wan and Padme What: Reuniting and meeting new people When: Late July. Where: Obi-Wan’s home Rating/Warnings: Low - maybe death, sad. Status: Closed, on-going
Leia hadn’t quite known how to navigate the situation - it didn’t seem outright dangerous. Things like anger, and fear were emotions that were very clear to her, even when the person wasn’t saying a word she could almost sense what they were feeling, and to a degree what they were thinking. She didn't know how. Leia hadn’t quite felt as if anyone was trying to harm her, everyone she’d met only wanted to help and to care for her and seemed worried she was alone. They hadn’t wanted information, or asked her about her world or her parents, if anything it truly seemed no one knew who she was, and no one was trying to get to Ben through her.
Jemma was mothering and warm, which had helped her feel reassured and in a way a little more settled, she couldn’t fault how kind the whole family had been to her as a stranger who had literally was dropped in on them- if she was stuck in this world, it didn’t seem a bad place to have ended up. Even so, as soon as she had realised Obi-Wan was here too, she knew where she wanted to be, and who she wanted to stay with.
In the end she didn’t need to run, or escape from anything. Obi-Wan was able to come and collect her, which was must less exciting than Leia venturing out to find him as she'd intended if he hadn't have hurried up. All the same Leia was gracious as she’d been taught in thanking Jemma for caring for her, her smile broad and sweet in the company of the Jedi that now was to dear to her. She was currently passing the time in a rare moment of stillness with some paints that he had brought her to use, trying to recreate Alderaan's mountain rage, and not quite having succeeded in avoiding getting paint on herself.
