Thread Scene
Who: Tommy and Damian (NPC Alfred)
Where: Wayne Manor
When: (backdated!) Early Morning, Sunday, April 18
Summary: Tommy Elliot discusses Bruce kidnapping with Bruce's youngest.

"All human actions have one or more of these seven causes: chance, nature, compulsion, habit, reason, passion, and desire." The quote cut through the cold silence of the parlor. Alfred looked over his shoulder at the guest who had spoken--the guest who had refused to leave until they knew more about Bruce. "Sorry Alf...I just don't get it. No news and no ransom demand? They're hiding Bruce up somewhere, doing a pretty good job of it and not asking for the billions just sitting around this place?" He let out a deep sigh of frustration. "And the cops haven't been of any use and--"

"Sir, if I may," Alfred interjected. As he spoke his words were crisp, but his mind seemed somewhere else. "Do not count Master Bruce out just yet. He can be quite resourceful when he puts his mind to it, and men of wealth are not wholly unaccustomed to these worries..."

"I know, Alf. I know..." Tommy sank back into his seat, wondering how long it would be until Bruce was freed. Until that time, he'd have to stay here and play the upset friend. It was a good enough tale he was weaving--after all, Bruce was the only bit of his childhood left living. He just needed to remind Bruce's confidantes of that fact.
