[warning: unsolicited advice] Not what you're looking for, but as someone who has done the write-in-advance thing for a game I was running, I will admit that it's freeing not to have to worry about putting together plots while the game is going, but you might not have considered that it's also constraining to have everything decided in advance, before you know what sorts of things will work for your players. Even once they're started, games can change very quickly as people join and leave, and plots can be very dependent on who's around for whether they work or fall flat.
Obviously, I don't know exactly what you're doing or what you need to do to make your game work for you (which is also extremely important), but if you haven't already considered it, you might want to consider putting together a few plots to finished status and getting started and see how they work before putting together a year's worth of work. YMMV, but I hate to see someone going down a road that had unconsidered bumps when I was on it without saying anything.

Anyway, good luck with your game, it looks like it has a lot of promise. I usually don't like panfandoms, but this one looks like it would actually tempt me once you got it going. :)
