Mod Cooperative

Okay, so I know there's no such thing as a guarantee. Even long lasting games dry up eventually. But I feel like there's some things that could be put in place at the beginning to at least increase the chances.

At this point I'm up for any genre that could last, so anyone got any tips at all?
