I could not find any visual tearing on the latest memory card. In this clip, however, the audio does cut out.
Cut to the clip. Alexa is in front of the camera again, hunched over a surface covered with papers and drawings of an ellipse with an X through it, some of which are attached to a long, drooping body. A reference to the faceless man, perhaps? Other visible drawings on her table, for those who enjoy pausing to screencap, include phrases like "FINDS ME," "SEES ME," and "SPEAKS TO ME."
Could the park have something to do with Alexa's dilemma? Still more sketches strewn across her desk read "TREE," "TREES," AND "THESE PINES."
She continues to sketch furiously for a few moments -- she gets as far as scratching out "H-E-L-" on a new sheet of paper when she stops. The audio cuts out at the same time. She picks up the camera, and walks into darkness. It becomes light again for a few moments before all goes black again. Narration appears on the screen.
The rest of the footage remains too dark to see. The audio never comes back.
Cut to black. End of entry.
