Transcript from WABC-TV 7 Morning News. [21 Jul 2010|07:41am]
Alone, inside a dimly lit little room, stands the familiar face of WABC-TV 7 news’ early bird reporter, a young woman by the name of Serena Blansett. Harsh light from a few overhead fluorescents fills her face where she stands in front of a darkened storefront window, while the room around her is in disarray: papers have been tossed in every direction, and Blansett stands at the center of what appears to have been an office supply massacre. Her name is printed neatly at the bottom of the screen, along with her location--HERBERT TYLER’S CAMPAIGN HEADQUARTERS, UPPER EAST SIDE, MANHATTAN.

BLANSETT: At roughly 2:00 AM this morning, uptown police reported a break-in at the campaign headquarters of District 4’s current City Council front-runner, Herbert Tyler. Nothing appears to have been stolen, but a Xerox machine has been blown up, and as you can see, the place has been left in shambles. Motive has yet to be determined, although investigators have linked the case to the recent City Council primary, and seem to suggest Tyler’s recent move from District 0 to District 4 may be the cause of the protest. Little clue as to the identification of the perpetrators has been left, save for a symbol which has been spray-painted into the carpet.

A second video feed cuts in, this one a close up of the carpet and said symbol, which is a re-drawing of this symbol. We return to the first feed, and see our erstwhile reporter just as she wipes a confused expression from her face.

BLANSETT: This is Serena Blansett for WABC news.

SUBJECT: Information

Have you heard anything about these explosive sunshine logo people?

[These e-mails were sent individually, to people who I had some vague memory of being in Shin's extended rebel network from intro posts of yore. If I've included someone I shouldn't have - or should include someone I haven't - just let me know!]
