That sounded like a cue.
Really, her cue had been a bit ago, but she'd simply been far too amused listening to Jamesies and Cai had been far too dead passed out and carefully peering around into the carriage to watch his reactions to take the cues beforehand. So she'd take this one, the one she'd been handed and she would just flounce on into the carriage as she was so apt to do. "I could help with what now?" Madeleine asked, head lilting as she bounced into the carriage. "Don't go volunteering me for anything that's going to be less than positively spectacular, dear Lils!"
Although it was so very tempting to do so, she refrained from making a comment as to what she'd been listening in to earlier. Best to save that ammunition for the opportune moment, as it were.
"So any of you want to help me toss my trunk up above there, or'm I to do it on my own?"
